God, the Trinity,
Father and Son and Holy Spirit,
come to us when we go to them
they come to us, helping us,
we go to them obeying;
they come to us enlightening us,
we go to them contemplating them;
they come filling us with their presence,
we go receiving them.
The indwelling of the Trinity
is the supreme gift which Christ merited for mankind
by his death and resurrection,
and which he offers to anyone
who corresponds with his love by hearing
and faithfully putting his words into practice.
