Hear the Word of Christ 

Believes God sent Jesus 

Have eternal life

Does not come into judgement but has passed out of death 

John 5:24

“Truly, truly, I say to you, the one who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.

Jesus’ testimony is greater than any man

The works He did testify to Himself 

Testify The Father sent Him

John 5:36

But the testimony I have is greater than the testimony of John; for the works which the Father has given Me to accomplish—the very works that I do—testify about Me, that the Father has sent Me.

How can you believe God looking for glory in man

Seek the glory from God

Stop looking to see yourself and others as “something “

Try to please God-that is the glory that will be eternal 

John 5:44

How can you believe, when you accept glory from one another and you do not seek the glory that is from the one and only God?

Do not work for earthly things

Work for the food of Christ which He gives. 

He has set His seal on Christ 

Obedience to Christ will bring eternal rewards 

Earthly stuff will perish 

John 6:27

Do not work for the food that perishes, but for the food that lasts for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal.”

The work of God:

BELIEVE IN CHRIST 

WHOM GOD HAS SENT

John 6:29

Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He has sent.”

Jesus will satisfy all your hunger and thirsting 

Come to Him: to feed and satisfied 

Believe on Him: to be relieved of thirst

John 6:35

Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; the one who comes to Me will not be hungry, and the one who believes in Me will never be thirsty.

The will of the Father is to give people to Christ 

All the Father gives Christ will be raised up on the last day by Jesus. 

He will lose NONE that were given to Him

All that see the Son and Believe in Him will have eternal life. 

John 6:39-40

And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that of everything that He has given Me I will lose nothing, but will raise it up on the last day. For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.”

No one can come to Christ unless the Father draws Him

Jesus will raise those that come to Him

Those that are drawn are taught by the Father, Son, and Spirit (God)

All who hear and learn from the Father, come to Jesus!

John 6:44-45

No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day. It is written in the Prophets: ‘AND THEY SHALL ALL BE TAUGHT OF GOD.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father, comes to Me.

Jesus’ flesh is true food

Jesus’ blood is true drink

If we eat and drink HIM we will remain in Him and He in us 

We will live because we are eating and remaining in Christ 

John 6:55-57

For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink. The one who eats My flesh and drinks My blood remains in Me, and I in him. Just as the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, the one who eats Me, he also will live because of Me.
