The bodily sign is nothing (circumcision/baptism), it’s the new creation that counts (believe/receive/obey the Holy Spirit). Living in the spirit and the truth! People who live according to the rule of God by Spirit and Truth - mercy and peace is upon them.
Galatians 6:15,16 For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation. • And those who will walk by this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God
