If you serve Jesus You must Follow Jesus

Where Jesus is the servant who follows is 

If you serve Jesus the Father will honor you

John 12:26

If anyone serves Me, he must follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also; if anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him.

His soul is troubled about going to the cross

For this cross He came, it is His purpose

Through the cross the name of Jesus is glorified

We are troubled when we have a cross

It is for a specific purpose 

There is a reason that it is in our life

The name of Jesus will be glorified by it

27-28

“Now My soul has become troubled; and what am I to say? ‘Father, save Me from this hour’? But for this purpose I came to this hour. Father, glorify Your name.” Then a voice came out of heaven: “I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.”

Jesus was lifted from the earth on the cross

Jesus draws all men to himself on the cross 

(Only those drawn by the father will come to Jesus)

And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to Myself.”

Jesus worked many miracles 

Some did not believe to fulfill scripture 

They could not believe 

GOD blinded their eyes and hardened their heart

They were not able to see or understand so as to be converted and healed. 

37-40

But though He had performed so many signs in their sight, they still were not believing in Him. This happened so that the word of Isaiah the prophet which he spoke would be fulfilled: “LORD, WHO HAS BELIEVED OUR REPORT? AND TO WHOM HAS THE ARM OF THE LORD BEEN REVEALED?” For this reason they could not believe, for Isaiah said again, “HE HAS BLINDED THEIR EYES AND HE HARDENED THEIR HEART, SO THAT THEY WILL NOT SEE WITH THEIR EYES AND UNDERSTAND WITH THEIR HEART, AND BE CONVERTED, AND SO I WILL NOT HEAL THEM.”

Man loves to make an impression on man

Instead we should seek the will of God alone!

Even you may have to choose God over the church!

The Jews would not follow Jesus so they did not get kicked out of church!

for they loved the approval of people rather than the approval of God.

If you believe in Jesus you believe in the Father

If you see Jesus you see the Father

Jesus is the Light of the world

If you believe in Jesus you are in the light not darkness 

If someone hears Jesus and doesn’t believe he is not judging At this time, now he came to save

If you reject and do not accept Jesus and his teachings, the word he has spoke Will judge on the last day. 

Jesus is only saying exactly what the Father tells Him as He has been commanded by God. 

(The word will judge, so you must know and believe the Word) (we are determining our own judgement by our choice) Do you believe and obey the Word that will judge you?

44-49

Now Jesus cried out and said, “The one who believes in Me, does not believe only in Me, but also in Him who sent Me. And the one who sees Me sees Him who sent Me. I have come as Light into the world, so that no one who believes in Me will remain in darkness. If anyone hears My teachings and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. The one who rejects Me and does not accept My teachings has one who judges him: the word which I spoke. That will judge him on the last day. For I did not speak on My own, but the Father Himself who sent Me has given Me a commandment as to what to say and what to speak.
