being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. (Philippians 1:11, NKJV)

A truly righteous person will display certain actions and attitudes that confirm the nature of the heart: honesty, kindness, meekness, goodness, love, etc.

Believers are the branches attached to the true Vine. They do not produce fruit on their own; they merely display it. All branches attached to the true Vine will display fruit; righteous fruit comes from the righteous Vine.

The fruit that God produces in us: “The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.” Notice that these qualities are the fruit of the Spirit. The Holy Spirit creates new life in the believer, and the evidence of the new life is the fruit the Spirit produces in that life. The source of the fruit of righteousness is not “righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith”

I must in faith submit myself to Christ as Lord and live in Him and let Him live in me. This produces the fruit. I must by faith believe He knows what He is doing in my life and to surrender to Grace.

And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. (Philippians 2:8, NKJV)

Humble yourself under God. Accept what He chooses to give you. Be obedient to God even to the point of death. Stop looking at man and live in God doing His will at every moment.

10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:10–11, NKJV)

Do not worry about how people act right now. One day EVERY KNEE WILL bow. EVERY TONGUE WILL confess Jesus is Lord to the Glory of God! If they don’t now, they will later, and it may not be in joy!

Help me! I choose now!!
