14 Now after John was arrested, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, 15 and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent, and believe in the gospel.” (Mark 1:14–15, RSV2CE)
Jesus preaches the Gospel of God. The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent, and believe in the gospel.
The Gospel of God:
The time is fulfilled: Jesus (God) is incarnate, He is fulfilling all Israel’s laws. He defeats sin and death.
The kingdom of God is at hand: Jesus is Lord and King. He has a kingdom of Grace and eternal life free from sin and death. He is offering you the Kingdom.
Repent: Turn from your ways and choose to surrender to God’s ways. Grace will help you defeat your sin problems. Receive the Holy Spirit.
Believe the Gospel: You can have a new Grace driven life. It is a free gift. All you have to do is Believe God, Repent of World, Self, & Evil, Turn to Him, Surrender to Grace, Live the Kingdom Principles fighting your sin. There is a life after this and you can be with God forever in happiness no matter what you have to give up in this one, death is defeated.
