REFLECT/PRAY
I am a leper filled with sin. My heart and mind want the wrong things Jesus. If You will, you can make me clean. I pray you are moved with pity for my condition. Please my God, stretch out your hand and touch me. Will and Declare me to be clean. Make this leprosy of sin leave me and stay gone. Help me walk surrendered to your grace so that I can become what you made me for. It is so easy to let up and be caught again in the traps of the world. Help me keep my eyes on you and not those around me. Help me focus on fulfilling the plan you have for me. Help me to know what that is and give me the strength to do it. Just because I get clean does not mean I stay clean. I must cooperate with you and your grace. Holy Spirit, please come. Please empower tens to know and do what needs to be done. Amen.
REST
Thank you Jesus for hearing my prayer. Thank you Jesus for your pity for my desperate condition. Thank you for being willing to deliver me. I will rest in you knowing that you will bring to pass what you have planned for me. No one or nothing can take me out of your hand. And if I start to stray, wake me up please. Amen.
