By keeping my soul tranquil, I will show the support, without murmur, the cross placed on me, and that I am disposed to bear it even longer, with courage, and as a true Christian who never lets myself be beaten by adversity.
Avoid all bitter feeling or animosity, being content to feel sorry for others, and making the effort to stay on the way of truth by gentleness and moderation.
