Serve the Lord in humility
Accept trials
Don’t shrink from telling the message
Testify of repentance towards God
Testify to Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ
Receive the ministry Jesus gives you
Finish the corse he has set
Testify solemnly of the Gospel of Grace
Entrust yourself to God
Entrust yourself to the Word of His Grace
The word builds you up to remind you of the inheritance
Acts 20:19-21, 24, 32
serving the Lord with all humility and with tears and trials which came upon me through the plots of the Jews; how I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was beneficial, and teaching you publicly and from house to house, solemnly testifying to both Jews and Greeks of repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
But I do not consider my life of any account as dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify solemnly of the gospel of God’s grace.
And now I entrust you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
Accept being willing to be bound or even die for the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Will of the Lord be done!
Acts 21:13-14
Then Paul replied, “What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but even to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.” And since he would not be persuaded, we became quiet, remarking, “The will of the Lord be done!”
God has appointed a road for me to follow Him on
Acts 22:10
And I said, ‘What shall I do, Lord?’ And the Lord said to me, ‘Get up and go on into Damascus, and there you will be told about everything that has been appointed for you to do.’
God appointed me to know His will
Appointed me to see Jesus
Appointed me to hear His message to me.
I am to be witness for Him to all people of what I have been appointed to know, see, and hear from him.
First steps be baptized, wash away your sin by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Acts 22:14-16
And he said, ‘The God of our fathers has appointed you to know His will and to see the Righteous One and to hear a message from His mouth. For you will be a witness for Him to all people of what you have seen and heard. Now why do you delay? Get up and be baptized, and wash away your sins by calling on His name.’
