God has a law for mankind.

If you break one you have broken all.

The only thing I merit is Hell.

I have broken all (not just one) of God’s laws.

Everything is grace. If I have good it was given by God. All my sin is the only thing I can claim as mine. (Sin is a rejection of the grace to do right). All grace and good is from God, all evil and sin is from me.

Admit your sin and give thanks for the mercy of being alive.

Thank God for the grace that I want to live to follow Him and be willing to take up the cross that I have merited. (This is a supreme gift)

Sin has consequences and though I can’t pay for all of it, it is my responsibility to accept what God has chosen for me to bear. The crosses I get keeps me humble, dependent, and gives glory to God when he brings me through.

The standard is Christ not my fellow man. I fall drastically short everyday. Repent and accept what is cleansing for my soul so I can stay close to God.

The laws are not to hurt man, they are actually what is freeing to him so he can be happy in this life. God gives the commands for love. Out of love we want to obey and pray for the grace to do so.

1 I am the LORD your God; you shall not have strange gods before me.

2 You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.

3 Remember to keep holy the LORD’s Day.

4 Honor your father and mother.

5 You shall not kill.

6 You shall not commit adultery.

7 You shall not steal.

8 You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

9 You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife.

10 You shall not covet your neighbor’s goods.

God prepared for me things I cannot fathom.

All because I love him for who he is as a person.

Not everyone chooses to love God as a person.

I Corinthians 2:9

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

I belong to Christ

Christ belongs to God

I am in God by being in Christ

I Corinthians 3:23

And ye are Christ's; and Christ is God's.

The heart is what is important.

We are weak and tempted and fall many times a day. But in our heart we can be sorry and repent immediately. Get up and try again!

Our heart is what He is after.

He is not angry at our weakness he gets angry at us not trusting he is merciful and forgiving.

I Corinthians 4:5

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Kingdom living is not by what we say (lip service)

It is in the Power of God to do (obedience)

I Corinthians 4:20

For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
