No man can try and glorify himself to God
Because of God we are put into Christ
God made Christ Jesus our wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.
Man can only glory in the fact he has been put into Christ the Lord.
I Corinthians 1:29-31
That no flesh should glory in his presence. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
You are my God!
I praise you my God!
You are my God!
I will exalt you my God!
I give thanks to you my God!
You are Good my God!
Your mercy endures forever my God!
Thank you my God for being mine, you are deserving of all Praise, Exaltation, and Thanksgiving for your endless Goodness and Mercy. I give myself to you in response.
Amen!
Psalm 118:28-29
Thou art my God,
and I will praise thee:
thou art my God,
I will exalt thee.
O give thanks unto the LORD;
for he is good:
for his mercy endureth for ever.
In HUMILITY, being led by THE HOLY SPIRIT,
Seek THE WILL OF GOD in Everything!
The will of God over even personal advantage.
This will make the Grace of Baptism bear fruit.
An indispensible condition for the Christian to make the grace of baptism bear fruit and for him to be led by the Holy Spirit is the humility which causes him to seek the will of God in everything, above any personal advantage.
