I Corinthians 15
The gospel I preached
You received
You stand in the gospel
You are saved by the gospel
If you hold firmly to the word which I preached
Or you believe in vain
Christ died for our sins
He was buried and raised on the third day
He appeared to many as alive
I am not fit to be called an apostle
I persecuted the church
His grace toward me is not in vain
The grace of God labored in me so that I labored more than any to bring the gospel to you
If God did not raise Christ from the dead, then your faith is worthless and you are still in your sin
If we have hope in Christ only for this life, we are to be most pitied
Christ has been raised from the dead
And by him all will be made alive
There are earthly bodies and heavenly bodies we sow a natural perishable body, sown in weakness,
but we will be raised a spiritual imperishable body raised in power and glory.
Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God the perishable mortal body will be changed in an instant to an imperishable immortal body.
The sting of death is sin,
and the power of sin is the law,
but we have victory through our Lord Jesus Christ
Surrender to the Holy Spirit!
