REFLECT
God is angry at sin. He rebukes and chastens me to get me back on the right path. I have his indignation on me when I sin because he loves me and wants me to be free of bondage.
My sin causes my health to deteriorate. I have sinned so I am now in bondage to where I need help getting out and free. It is a burden that is killing me.
I confess to you my God that I have greatly sinned in thought word and deed. I am sorry! I repent and turn around.
God, you are my only hope! Do not forsake me because of my rebellion. Do not be far from me. Hurry please help me. You came to save sinners. You are the only salvation. I trust in you.
RESOLUTION
Convert my heart and mind my God to want your way, to let go of my harmful desires, and stop wanting things I do not need. You are my portion, you are my one need! You said if I confess you will forgive. I need your love and your grace, help me my Savior!
REST
I know you came to save sinners! You died for me while I was still in my sin. I believe you are the God of salvation and deliverance. I will put my hope and trust in you. Save me from myself! Thank you for your love and Grace. I love you! Amen.
