2 Timothy 1:1-2

It is the will of God because of the promise of life in Jesus that you my beloved child, have grace, mercy, and peace from the Father and from our Lord. 

2:1

Be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ. 

2:10

Endure suffering for the elect so that they also may have salvation and eternal life. 

2:19,21

God is a firm foundation

He knows who are His (obedience is sign of true Christian)

If you say you belong to him, you must forsake iniquity, or you are lying to yourself. 

You have the choice to cleanse yourself by calling on Him for help. 

If you are His, be a vessel for honor, holiness, useful for good work. 

2:22-26

Do:

Pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace, and a pure heart. Be kind, able teach, and correct with gentleness. 

Patiently endure evil!

Don’t:

Flee sin, Do not be foolish, ignorant, or quarrelsome. 

Pray:

Pray for others to be granted repentance leading to truth that they come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil in which they are captured to do his will.
