What is Life with God
It’s not just baptism in spirit (king Saul)
It’s not just following rules -obedience (Pharisees)
It’s not just relationship (Judas, prodigal older brother)
It’s not just belief (demons)
It’s humility and truth. Truth is we are dust and He is creator of all. He wants to have a relationship based on truth and conform us to the image of himself. He is Love, Purity, Happiness, and Peace.
It’s walking through evil world to gain mastery over the evil that is in yourself from the fall, for the glory of the Almighty. It’s through suffering (the cross) that we get and give glory.
It’s believing God is who he says, because of that you know he loves and has a plan for you so you want to obey. It’s wanting to be close to him because He knows all things and can tell you how to deal with all things. It’s allowing the Spirit to dictate your life because you know God has a plan and you want to fulfill it for love and glory of him. It’s knowing God is so far above and we are so little that you want to glorify Him so others too will know who he is and the power to change us. It’s about Glory to God not man.
