God my Father,
by His Own Power,
circumcised my sinful flesh in my baptism,
raised me to new life,
put me in His son Jesus,
to live by faith,
I am made complete in Jesus!
The cross took my sins and they are now out of the way.
Colossians 2:10-14
Jesus is head over all rulers and authorities
In Jesus I am made complete
In Jesus my sinful flesh was circumcised
This circumcision was without hands and done in baptism by Christ
I died to my sinful flesh in baptism and was raised through faith in the working of God
God raises from the dead
I was dead in my uncircumcised sinful flesh
God made me alive in Him, forgiving me, canceling my debt, nailing it to the cross, it is now out of the way.
Colossians 2:10-14
and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over every ruler and authority; and in Him you were also circumcised with a circumcision performed without hands, in the removal of the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ, having been buried with Him in baptism, in which you were also raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. And when you were dead in your wrongdoings and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our wrongdoings, having canceled the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.
