Philippians 3-4
Beware of false teachers and false followers
Many walk as enemies of the Cross
Their end is destruction
Their God is their desires
They Glory in their shame
They Mind earthly things
The true disciples:
Circumcise their hearts
Worship in Spirit
Boast in Christ
No confidence in our own flesh but only in Grace
Citizens of Heaven not earth
Waiting for the Savior the Lord Jesus Christ
Wait for our transformation into a glorious body by His power.
Value:
Know Christ
Lose all for Him
Gain Christ
Found in Him
Righteousness from God through Faith in Christ
Know the power of resurrection
Fellowship of His sufferings
Conformed to His death and attain resurrection
Rejoice in the Lord
Have a gentle spirit
The Lord is near you
Do not be anxious about anything
In Everything by prayer and pleading and thanksgiving request things from God
The Perfect Peace of God will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus
Think of:
Truth
Honor
Righteousness
Purity
Loveliness
Commendable things
Excellence
Things worthy of praise
Practice the things you learned, received, heard, and seen from the church and the God of peace will be with you.
We can live in all circumstances that God allows us to go through because we will be empowered through Christ. God supplies for all our needs according to His riches in Glory in Christ Jesus.
Glory to God the Father forever and ever! The Grace and of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit!
