REFLECT
This is from the Devil: lust of flesh (wanting to satisfy desires), lust of eyes (wanting to satisfy security needs), pride of life (wanting to satisfy being known as someone)
This is from God: God is my satisfaction, in God I get all I need (desire, security, and his child) I must look to Him to get my needs met, not follow the world into the toxic ways of living.
PRAY
God, help me let go of the way I have been taught and embrace the truth that you are all I need. You will satisfy me. If I do your will I will have eternal life! Divine Life, forever! Help me.
