Live 4 The LORD

READ

The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!  (John 1:29, RSV2CE)

He first found his brother Simon, and said to him, “We have found the Messiah” (which means Christ).  (John 1:41, RSV2CE)

Philip found Nathana-el, and said to him, “We have found him of whom Moses in the law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”  (John 1:45, RSV2CE)

Nathana-el answered him, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!”  (John 1:49, RSV2CE)

REFLECT

The Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. 

No human can take away their sins or anyone else’s. (Man does them and they will remain unless washed in Christ’s Blood. His is the only blood that completely annihilates sin off a person.)

Even if sin is annihilated from a person, the damage from it may remain, but God can come close to walk with us through the consequences.

We have found the Messiah, him of whom Moses in the law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph, The Son of God, The King of Israel. 

The Messiah: whose mission is redemption through His sacrifice. The lamb sacrifice took away sin. 

Moses Law and the Prophets prophesied about Him. God gave us testimony on who to look for. 

He has a name, came from a town, and has a foster father. He is born human. 

This is the Son of God. He is born of God. 

This is the King of the chosen people of God. He is the redeemer of all the chosen. If you are in Him you are now in The Chosen family of God. 

PRAY

Jesus, only you can annihilate my sin off me. Please wash it off me! Please Holy Spirit, help  me to not ever sin!

Thank you God for walking me through my life. Thank you for not letting the consequences of my sin keep me from your presence. Thank you for coming close and being a Father to me. 

Jesus, you are the Messiah, the Lamb of God, The Redeemer, The Chosen! Thank you for letting me be adopted into your body. I am one with you. I am now part of the Chosen family of God. The Father loves me as He loves you since I am In You. Continuously wash me in your Blood!

Since you are human, my humanity can be joined to you. Since you are God, you yourself fulfilled all requirements of perfection. 

I know You are Him due to the testimony of the Word of Moses, The Law, and the Prophets. Thank you for giving me Faith to believe!

Thank you for your love! Thank you for your gift! I receive and want to walk out this salvation with you all my days. Praise and Glory to you Almighty Trinity! Amen.
