THE CALL IS NOT REVOKED
God does not revoke his plan or command. Even though we blew it and now are weakened by sin, the call is not revoked.
We were put here to image God and to take care of others and the world in communion with Him, the call is not revoked.
His children are here to bless the world (all man) and bring them the knowledge of God and bring them to Him (for salvation). The call is not revoked.
The patriarchs consistently failed but the call is not revoked (each covenant grew: from one man to a family of men).
All men are brothers (same race-Adam) all are called to become children (born again). This call is not revoked.
All are called, not all come still the call is not revoked.
All men are being called to be his. (Jesus paid ALL the sin debt) Even though we (his children) are failing (to image and show the likeness of God so others come), the call is not revoked.
Freedom is precarious because we desire to be our own God (Idolatry)…but the call to obey is not revoked (sufficient grace is available) and consequences will be upheld by our decisions.
My freedom to reject grace is contributing to the destruction of faith for others and my continued weakness. Still the call is not revoked.
All our freedom is contributing to the failing of accepting grace to obey because we would rather reject grace to be our own determiner of our lives, we do not believe God is Good and wants the best for us. We think we know what is best, or we don’t care what is best, we want to satisfy our unruly passions because it is easier than to fight them. Still the call is not revoked.
REPENT and BELIEVE the GOSPEL, we can accept grace to live in submission to the Good way God has planned. We do not have to be ruled by out of control passions-we can fight them with Grace. The Blood washes away our sin. The Holy Spirit gives power. We can image God and bring others to Him…THE CALL IS NOT REVOKED. Rejection is HELL.
