BETRAYALS:
JUDAS betrayed out of need for control of circumstances (wanting the kingdom to come by forcing Jesus to act) and money (from leaders)
Sins:
Pride: wanting my way instead of God’s way
Greed: wanting something other than God as my all
PETER betrayed out of fear (of others) and weakness (not wanting pain or death)
Sins:
Vanity: fear of others to where I betray my only hope
Sloth: not doing what it takes to be with God who is your all
The sin not forgivable is to not accept the mercy and forgiveness of God. If you cannot admit your sin and ask for mercy, there is no forgiveness.
