God loves the world, but sin has created a separation between humanity and God.
Jesus, God's Son, lived a perfect life, died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins, and rose again, conquering death.
Salvation is not earned but received through faith in Jesus Christ, justifying you. This means believing in his identity, accepting his death as a sacrifice, and turning away from sin by letting Him transform you.
Those who believe in Jesus receive the gift of eternal life, forgiveness of sins, and a new relationship with God leading to sanctification by letting Him govern and control your life.
THROUGH FAITH
The Holy Trinity gives sanctifying grace, enabling them to believe, have faith in God, to hope in Him, and to love Him through the theological virtues (faith, hope, and love)
Baptism is a remission of Sins
Reconciliation and adoption to God the Father
Unites the person with Christ (in Christ’s Body),
Become a temple of the Holy Spirit
SURRENDER TO GRACE through LISTENING and POWER of HOLY SPIRIT:
Initiates a process of sanctification
The capacity to grow into the likeness of God
Empowers believers to live and act under the prompting of the Holy Spirit
Frees individuals from enslavement to sin
Christians are gradually transformed through hearing the Word of God
Enables the fruits of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Enables Virtues: Humility, charity, chastity, kindness, temperance, patience, and diligence.
