Luke 11:38
blessed are those
who hear the word of God
and keep it!
REFLECT
Do you want to be blessed? Hear and really listen to the word. If you hear it you will understand it. If you really understand it you will obey it. You will obey it because you Believe Him!
PRAY
Father, open my ears! Help me hear. Help me understand. Help me have the willingness and give me the power to obey. I BELIEVE you God!

Luke 11:42
But woe to you Pharisees!
For you tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs,
and pass by justice and the love of God.
These you ought to have done,
without leaving the others undone.
REFLECT
Do you try and obey rules? It’s not about rules, it’s about your heart! Give your heart to God! He wants to change it to love Him and your neighbor. We must give justice to others, they are made in His image and deserve love and respect. If we love God, he will teach us to love our neighbor.
PRAY
Jesus, help me open my heart to your transforming grace. Only you can give me love of you and my neighbor. Help me stop trying to follow rules and follow your heart! Amen.

Luke 12:4-7
“And I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him!
“Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.
REFLECT
God is all powerful. If you fear, fear Hod over any human. Men are in darkness and only see some light. We will not be fully enlightened until heaven. Even the best of man sees in darkness.
Yet, the Father loves you. He even takes care of sparrows and yet you are worth more than many sparrows. He knows every single hair on your head. He is watching over all you are and do.
PRAY
Father, help me not worry about what any man says or thinks. Help me keep my eyes on you and following you. Only you love me perfectly and know all things. You can guide me perfectly. Thank you for your love and care. Remind me daily!! I need your love and protection and care. Amen.

Luke 12:8-9
“Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me before men, him the Son of Man also will confess before the angels of God. But he who denies Me before men will be denied before the angels of God.
REFLECT
If you confess Jesus as the Christ, you confess all he is and does, and said. If you do not believe him, you are not confessing him. He came to tell us of our sin so we can be remade into new creations. If you say Jesus is okay with still living in sin, or that some sins are not sin, you are not confessing The Christ. If you do. Or confess The True Christ, you will be denied!
PRAY
Father, help me not be led astray by people’s emotionalism. We want to have false compassion and say things are not sin that will kill them and their soul. Help me be brave to confess the Real You, only You can save! Help me have true compassion to be able to tell the truth so people can really be healed from their sin! Empower me to Believe YOU, and Confess YOU. Amen.
