Revelation 22:12-14
“Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, THE FIRST AND THE LAST, the beginning and the end.”
Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the authority to the tree of life and may enter by the gates into the city.
REFLECT
Jesus is coming quickly
(For you in your lifetime; he comes-not just at the end of the age)
He wants to reward you
He rewards according to your work
(what you actually do - not just say, or think, or want to do)
Blessed are those who wash their robes
(we must wash our robes (sins) in the Blood of the Lamb to be white as snow)
If you are made righteous by Jesus’ righteousness you have authority
If you have authority IN Christ you have the right to the tree of life and to enter the gates of the City of God!
PRAY
Jesus, you have come to me. You have convicted me of my desperate need of a savior. I want to be IN You. I want to become what you made me to be and be rewarded for actually becoming it. I beg you to take my sin and wash me in your Blood. Make me white as snow and give me your righteousness by coming to live in me and I in you. In You I can make the right decisions to become what you made me for. I want to live with you forever in the New City of God! IN YOU I can have the authority to enter and eat from the tree of life so I can be with you forever! Save me! You are my only hope. Amen!
