When you are assembled
in the name of the Lord Jesus
and my spirit is present,
with the power of our Lord Jesus,
you are to deliver this man to Satan
for the destruction of the flesh,
so that his spirit may be saved
in the day of the Lord.
1 Corinthians 5:4–5, ESV-CE
In the Church
Worshipping the Lord in His Name
His Power is Present
Deliver evildoers to Satan
Satan will tempt him in the flesh so much he may repent remembering the Lord of Deliverance
In hopes that the Spirit of the man will be saved by the time the Lord returns.
We cannot save people, they must make a choice. We are not to tell people they are okay in their sin. Let them go and find out how awful it is so they may repent.
Jesus, please help me follow your ways of life. I do not want to be stuck in sin and temptation. Save me from the devils evil traps. And anyone I know in his trap please give them grace to open their eyes and see the deliverance you want to give if they would just humbly ask for your help! Amen.
